LeMill Group processes account identity, tenant configuration, tool inputs, generated results, and service telemetry to operate the platform and maintain customer accounts. Sensitive provider credentials are stored server-side and are never returned directly to client applications.

We collect usage, onboarding, billing, and reliability events to support product improvement, platform security, and commercial support. Access to account data is role-gated and scoped to tenant membership and administrative authorization.
