Platform model

Tenant billing provider selection with commercial status tracking
Platform-level provider routing, key masking, security, metrics, and audit posture

Durability principles

Do not sell isolated AI tricks. Sell an operating model customers can stay inside.

Keep providers replaceable so model churn does not reset the business layer.

Treat governance, billing, and reuse as first-class product surfaces, not later add-ons.

Make every package feel like a complete mode of operation, not a quota tier with the same UI.

Implementation status

This build now includes differentiated account modes, server-rendered operational workspaces, plan-aware commercial flows, and stronger public positioning. Payment provider webhooks remain configurable for further hardening before production launch.
