LeMill Group platform docs

This documentation explains how the platform helps people move from interest to repeatable delivery, monetization, and governed scale without losing operational clarity.

Platform model

  • Turn interest, expertise, or opportunity into a defined commercial path
  • Provision accounts with plan access and onboarding state
  • Run repeatable tools across activity, saved instructions, and results
  • Manage monetization, expansion, and governance from connected billing and control surfaces

Account architecture

  • Free, Starter, Growth, Agency, Enterprise, and Platform Admin each get a distinct product posture
  • Roles separate viewing, execution, billing, and platform governance responsibilities
  • Tenant membership and active-tenant switching keep the application multi-account ready

Execution layer

  • Async task queue with retries, cancellation, and result history
  • Instruction libraries and plan-aware tool launch surfaces
  • RAG indexes with atomic promotion and rollback
  • Saved instruction, result, and API-key systems for real operational reuse

Commercial and trust layer

  • Tenant payment-provider selection with commercial status tracking
  • Platform-level provider setup, key masking, security, metrics, and audit posture
  • Plan entitlements and onboarding states that align product usage with commercial motion

Durability principles

Do not sell isolated AI tricks. Sell an operating model customers can stay inside.

Keep providers replaceable so model churn does not reset the business layer.

Treat governance, billing, and reuse as first-class product surfaces, not later add-ons.

Make every package feel like a complete mode of operation, not a quota tier with the same UI.

Current platform scope

The platform currently includes differentiated account modes, operational accounts, plan-aware commercial flows, and multi-tenant controls. Payment-provider webhooks remain configurable for teams preparing a fuller production rollout.
